Road, Pune -411016, Maharashtra India., hereby called as “The Company”, have developed, operate, manage & maintain its website by the name www.boosterwater.com for presenting, promoting and selling its products.
When you purchase any products or services from www.boosterwater.com web site, you can expect to receive the product or services at your desired address as per the following terms and conditions:
The products or services that you have purchased from www.boosterwater.com web site must be fully paid. No dispatches will take place whatsoever in the event of credit payment, partial payment or non-payment, if any.
Products or services purchased by you will be delivered to your delivery address, anywhere in India, within 3 to 15 working days from our warehouses located in Pune and Mumbai either by reputed courier services, speed post. We are committed to deliver your products in good condition, and always on time promised by us here.
Each order placed by you will be shipped only to a single destination address specified as per the online order or at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders or bear additional delivery charges in actuals.
We dispatch the products and services on all week days (Monday to Saturday) excluding Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
The orders booked through www.boosterwater.com; shall be delivered the products and / or services purchased buy you free of cost, as per its existing delivery policy. However, The Company, reserves the right to change and modify its ‘free shipping policy’ anytime in future without advance notice and levy appropriate shipping charges as determined by it from time to time, which shall be intimated on the web site and/ or via emails.
We make our best efforts to ship each product of your order within a maximum of 24 working hours from our end and provide docket number through email for real time online tracking. However, in some extreme cases, it may take slightly longer, up to 07 working days, to ship the order as there may be unexpected delay from our third-party contract manufacturers and / or service providers. In such unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order within 07 days of the payment towards the order, we shall intimate you on the web site or send you intimation on registered email, WhatsApp or make telephone calls, informing you about the same. We may request you to either wait further till the product or services are arrived in our warehouse for us to allow delivering the order if you so wish or purchase alternate products from the list of available products. However, in case you may decline to do so, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the same manner that you have made the payment.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and intimate to Booster Water support Team at needhelp@boosterwater.com . We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement, if eligible, is made to you at the earliest. The Company’s customer redressal committee reserves the rights to deny any refund or replacement, unless fully satisfied for seeking refund, as per our return and refund policy. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
